Can I use multiple devices to log into the same casino account?

Yes, you can log in on both your mobile smartphone and PC desktop. However, for security reasons, only one active gaming session can run concurrently.

What should I do if I changed my Philippine mobile phone number?

Contact 24/7 Live Chat support immediately. You will need to provide your valid government-issued ID matching your registered name to update your mobile number safely.

Is biometric Face ID login available on the mobile casino app?

Yes. Once you complete your initial login, navigate to Profile > Security > Enable Biometric Login to sign in instantly with fingerprint or Face ID.

Do I need to log out every time I close the casino app?
